How We Work From Raw Material to Delivery, Under One Roof

We manage the full production chain in-house — cutting, welding, machining, testing, painting, and delivery. The same team handles every stage, under the same quality system, with no handovers between suppliers.

How We Work-2

What Happens Between Enquiry and Delivery

Every step below is managed in-house, by the same team, under the same quality system:

  1. Raw Material Procurement — Material sourcing and incoming material certification
  2. Processing — Cutting, bending, and rolling
  3. Assembling and Welding — Certified welders using GMAW, GTAW, SAW, and SMAW processes
  4. CNC Machining — Precision machining on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis centres
  5. Testing and Verification — Dimensional measurement with laser tracker and portable arm; NDT in-house and externally
  6. Surface Treatment — Shot grit blasting and industrial airless spray painting
  7. Packing and Delivery — Packaging, documentation, and dispatch

Send Us Your Drawings

Send us your drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Our engineers review the scope, check it against our production capabilities, and come back with a technical quote. We work on one-off prototypes, unique pieces, and small series. We only take on work we are confident we can deliver to specification.

Welding and Machining in Sequence

Welding sequences are planned to control distortion before machining begins. Once welding is complete, post-weld machining on the CNC gantry — working envelope 12,000 × 4,000 × 1,500 mm — brings the structure to its final dimensions. That is how we reach 0.05 mm positional accuracy on welded and machined structures.

Measurement and Testing at Each Stage

Dimensional verification is performed at each production phase using:

  • Leica Absolute Tracker AT403 — 0.05 mm positional accuracy over 10 metres on welded and machined structures
  • Hexagon Romer portable measuring arm — 2.5 m working diameter with integrated laser scanner

Non-destructive testing:

  • Visual Examination (Level II) — in-house
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (Level II) — in-house
  • Ultrasonic (UT) and X-ray testing — external support

Traceability is maintained from raw material certification through to the final dimensional records supplied with delivery.

Installation Included When Required

Some projects do not end at the factory gate. Our team has carried out on-site assembly and installation in Romania and abroad — including the 51-tonne Wave Generator for Bosch Rexroth in the Netherlands and industrial production halls of up to 800 tonnes of steel structure delivered as general contractor.
