Facility Overview
Our production facility covers over 7,000 m² across a 4-aisle hall equipped with 9 bridge cranes and a maximum lifting capacity of 35 tonnes. With a hook height of 5.8 m, the facility is built to handle components up to 12 metres in length and 25 tonnes in weight.
CNC Machining
5-axis CNC Gantry Milling Machine Working envelope: 12,000 × 4,000 × 1,500 mm

Leica Absolute Tracker AT403 Measurement volume: 0.8 m to 320 m diameter Achieves 0.05 mm positional accuracy over 10 metres on welded and machined structures
Hexagon Romer Portable Measuring Arm Working diameter: 2.5 m Integrated laser scanner and tactile probing
Non-destructive testing (NDT): Visual Examination and Liquid Penetrant Testing performed in-house. Ultrasonic (UT) and X-ray testing supported externally.
Shot Blasting & Painting
Shot Grit Blasting Cabin dimensions: 14 m length × 5.5 m width × 5 m height
Industrial Airless Spray Painting Enclosed, heated paint shop — 540 m², filtered exhaust system
