51 – Tonne Welded Structure, 0.05 mm Final Precision
Client: Bosch Rexroth (via university partnership, Hannover, Germany)

Challenge: Design and manufacture a 51-tonne wave generator structure requiring extreme precision — 0.05 mm dimensional accuracy — after welding and machining. Eight main structural parts, hundreds of subassemblies, complex geometries, and on-site installation in the Netherlands.
Our solution:
- Collaborative design review with the university engineering team
- Welding sequences optimised to minimise distortion
- Post-weld precision machining on 5-axis CNC gantry
- Laser tracker verification at each assembly stage
- Complete project management: manufacturing → transport → on-site installation

Production Hall IV — 800 – Tonne Steel Structure, General Contractor
Client: Continental Contitech
Location: Carei, Romania
Timeline: 2012
Challenge: Act as General Contractor for the design, fabrication, erection, and full site completion of a large industrial production hall including administration area, access roads, platforms, and a parking area of approximately 30,000 m². Total metal structure: approximately 800 tonnes.
Our solution:
- Full general contracting scope: design coordination, fabrication, erection, cladding, site works
- Steel structure fabricated and erected in-house under EN 1090-2 quality management
- Construction surface of approximately 14,579 m²
- All traceability documentation maintained throughout fabrication and installation
Results:
- 800-tonne metal structure completed on schedule
- Full site delivered including administration, roads, platforms, and parking
- Project remains one of the largest single-contract structures in the region

Production Hall Expansion — 500 – Tonne Structure, 43 m Free Span
Client: Polipol
Location: Foieni, Romania
Timeline: 2017
Challenge: Act as General Contractor for the expansion of a production hall including administrative facilities and technical annexes. The structure required steel trusses of 42.5 metres in length and a production hall with a 43 m free span — demanding precision fabrication of large-span structural members.
Our solution:
- General contracting scope: fabrication, erection, and exterior cladding
- Steel trusses of 42.5 metres fabricated and erected in-house
- Production hall with 43 m clear free span delivered
- Approximately 500 tonnes of total metal structure

Pilot Simulator Track — 32 – Tonne Precision Base Structure
Client: Van Halteren Technologies Boxtel B.V., Netherlands
Challenge: Manufacture the base plates for a pilot training simulator — the X-Tracks. The track system required extreme dimensional consistency across its full 81,000 mm length, 450 mm in width, and 50 mm in thickness, weighing 32 tonnes.
Our solution:
- Fabrication of base plates for the pilot simulator track system
- Full manufacture of the X-Tracks to the specified dimensions and weight

Challenge: Act as General Contractor for the construction of a production hall of approximately 6,000 m² and an administrative area of approximately 1,000 m² — delivered as a complete turnkey facility.
