Our workforce comes from Carei and the surrounding area. Over 100 employees work here because the company has stayed and expanded rather than relocated or outsourced.
We run a training company within the Dual Vocational Training System. Apprentices learn in our classrooms and workshops, taught by our own personnel. These are local young people gaining skills they will use in Carei long-term.
We sponsor local initiatives and participate in community events. We support the local vocational school and maintain active involvement in helping the Carei community grow.

Our integrated management system includes ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2023. These standards dictate how we handle waste, manage energy, and protect our people.
Waste handling and energy efficiency are standard procedures. We use best available technologies to prevent pollution and reduce emissions where operationally possible.
